Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time
After processing, delivery usually takes approximately 7-21 business days, depending on the customer’s location, carrier delays, and product availability.

Please note that some items may ship separately if your order contains products from different suppliers or fulfillment locations.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information when available. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after the package is shipped.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, high order volume, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. We will always do our best to help you track your order.

Incorrect Addresses

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives with an issue, contact us at trugoodstoyou@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, if applicable. We will review the issue and work toward a resolution.
